The Beautiful Twin Room was wonderfully spacious, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay. The rooftop area became our go-to hangout, featuring a cute bar and fine views. With a gym and jacuzzi on-site, we felt pampered every moment of our four-night getaway.

Just a great match for a walk in the evening in Tijuana with all in all brilliant value for money. They even gave us a free cake for the long wait for room service, which was a nice surprise. If you're looking for a place to stay, try to ask for a room away from the noisy areas.

absolutley terrible stay at west plaza, no one even noticed the 1:30 am party in the hallway. the staff didn’t even mention my broken safe, guess my valuables are not important enough.

Rooftop views worth the stay

The rooftop lounge offered stunning views, providing a relaxing escape after a long day in Tijuana. The staff was welcoming and made us feel at home.

However, housekeeping was quite loud early in the morning, which disrupted my sleep. On top of that, the safety of the rooms could use some improvement.

west plaza is a nice hotel that offers reserve parking and valet service, making your arrival super easy. it's just 5 minutes from the san ysidro line, which is perfect for travelers. the staff was very professional and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of during our stay.

We really enjoyed how the valet service made our arrival super smooth and appreciated the complimentary coffee while we waited for our room. The jacuzzi and sauna were perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The only hiccup was that the elevator took a bit longer at peak times, but it was nothing major! 😊

The room had air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with free toiletries. Loved the rooftop and food! Fitness center, hot tub, and sauna made the stay even better. Reserve parking is a plus and the staff was super attentive.
